A fee of £48.00 including VAT is payable for providing a quote for a lease extension.
This fee is in respect to the costs in obtaining a copy of the Title Deeds from our client's solicitors and preparing a quotation to be sent to you.

If after receiving the quotation your clients proceed to extend their lease then the fee of £48.00 will be deducted from the legal/professional fees, but however, if they do not proceed to extend the lease then this fee is non-refundable.
